Use of This Website
This website is provided by B&H Junk Removal, doing business as B&H Junk Removal, to share information about our junk removal and property cleanout services and to let visitors request estimates. By using this site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when requesting an estimate or booking a job.
Description of Services
B&H Junk Removal is a junk removal and property clearing business. We provide the labor, the hauling and the disposal: we load unwanted items from a residential or commercial property and transport them to a transfer station. Services we offer include:
- Residential and commercial junk removal
- Garage cleanouts
- Yard cleanup and brush removal
- Furniture, mattress and appliance removal
- Construction and demolition debris removal
- Property and rental turnover clearing
We do not accept hazardous materials, including paint, solvents, household chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, propane tanks or other pressurized cylinders. The transfer station will not take them. We reserve the right to decline any item that cannot be legally or safely transported.
Service Area
B&H Junk Removal is based in Golden Valley, AZ 86413 and serves Mohave County, Arizona, including Kingman, Bullhead City, Fort Mohave, Mohave Valley, Dolan Springs and Lake Havasu City, together with Laughlin, Nevada. Service outside that area may be available case by case, so call (559) 479-1199 to confirm.
Estimates & Pricing
Pricing shown on this site reflects our two set rates: $250 for a full truck bed and $500 for the truck bed and trailer together. Loads smaller than a full truck bed are quoted individually. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins and may vary with volume, weight, access, and job specifics that are not visible from a description given over the phone.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full on completion of the job, unless other arrangements are agreed in writing in advance. A final price is confirmed with you on site before any loading begins, so you always approve the price before we start work.
If you cancel before we are dispatched, there is no charge. Additional items added after the price is agreed may change the final total; any such change is confirmed with you before the extra items are loaded.
Scheduling
Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Closed Sunday. We do our best to honor requested appointment windows, but scheduling is subject to capacity and may need to be adjusted. We will contact you directly if a change is needed.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request an estimate and receive service from us without agreeing to receive text messages. Limitation of Liability
This website and the information on it are provided "as is." While we make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and service information accurate and up to date, B&H Junk Removal is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
