Commercial Junk Removal

Commercial Junk Removal for Businesses in Kingman, Bullhead City & Mohave County

Same truck, same two prices, different customer. Offices, retail units, restaurants, storage facilities, property managers and contractors all end up with the same problem as a household: something bulky that has to go and no vehicle to put it in. You deal with the owner directly on every job, which on a commercial clear-out usually matters more than the size of the truck does.

If the clearance has to happen outside our normal hours, or around when the business is open, raise it on the call and we will tell you honestly what we can do rather than agreeing to it and rearranging later.

What's Included

  • Offices, retail units, restaurants and workshops
  • Desks, chairs, filing cabinets, shelving and fixtures
  • Appliances, white goods and commercial kitchen equipment
  • Fixture strip-outs and unit clearances between tenants
  • Repeat clearances for property managers and realtors

Common Situations

An office or a unit being cleared

Desks, chairs, cabinets and everything in the store room. A single office is often one load; a whole floor is not.

A shop fit-out or strip-out

Old shelving, counters, display units and signage coming out ahead of the new fit. Often runs alongside construction debris.

A property manager with units turning over

Rentals cleared between tenants, on whatever cycle they come up. Tell us how many and how often and we will work out the order.

A contractor with a site to clear

The tail end of a job: cutoffs, packaging, broken fixtures and general site debris. We haul it so the crew does not have to.

Our Process

  1. Call or text and describe the premises and roughly what is in it
  2. For anything past a single room it is easier if we come and look
  3. We give you the price before we come out
  4. We clear it, load it and strap it down
  5. It goes to the transfer station, with scrap metal pulled off the load

Commercial Junk Removal Pricing

The prices are the same as for a household: $250 for a full truck bed, $500 for the truck bed and the trailer together, and anything smaller quoted on the call. A single office is usually one load. A full premises or a strip-out is not, and we will say how many trips we think it is when we price it.

ServicePrice
Full truck bed$250
Full truck bed and trailer$500

Anything smaller than a full truck bed is quoted. Call and describe what you have. Heavy material like broken concrete fills the bed on weight before it fills it on space, so tell us what it is and we will be straight with you about how many loads it is.

Typical Timeline

A single office or a small unit is usually one load. A whole premises, a strip-out or a floor of furniture runs past that, and we tell you how many trips we think it is when we price it rather than partway through the day.

Where It Goes

Premises waste goes to the transfer station. Racking, shelving, metal desks and filing cabinets come off as scrap, which on a commercial clearance is often a good share of the load.

FAQ: Commercial Junk Removal

Can you work around our opening hours?

Say what the constraint is when you call. Our hours are on the contact page, and we would rather tell you up front whether a time works than book it and move it.

Do you handle repeat clearances for a property manager?

Yes. Units turning over on a cycle are a normal arrangement. Tell us roughly how many and how often so we can be realistic about it.

Are the prices different for a business?

No. The same two set prices: $250 for a full truck bed and $500 for the truck bed and the trailer together. Anything smaller is quoted.

Can you take office furniture and IT equipment together?

Furniture, shelving and fixtures all go on the same load. Tell us what the electronic items are when you call, because those are handled separately at the transfer station.
