- Call or text and tell us roughly how big the property is and what state it is in
- We give you the price before we come out, or come and look if it is a whole house
- You mark anything that is staying, and we confirm it with you before we start
- We carry everything out, load it and strap it down
- It goes to the transfer station, with scrap metal pulled off the load
Estate Cleanouts Pricing
Two set prices: $250 for a full truck bed, or $500 for the truck bed and the trailer together. Smaller loads are quoted. Call and describe what you have.

Anything smaller than a full truck bed is quoted. Call and describe what you have. Heavy material like broken concrete fills the bed on weight before it fills it on space, so tell us what it is and we will be straight with you about how many loads it is.

Typical Timeline
A single room or a garage is usually one load and one visit. A whole house is rarely one load, and we would rather tell you it is two or three when we price it than discover it with you halfway through the day.
Where It Goes
The load goes to the transfer station. Scrap metal comes off it where it is worth doing, and anything from the yard goes into the green waste bay, which is sorted separately there.

- Appliances: fridges, washers, dryers, stoves
- Boxes, papers, clothing and general household contents
- Garage and shed contents, tools and scrap metal
- Yard waste and anything that has accumulated outside
We can't take
- Paint, solvents and household chemicals
- Propane tanks and pressurized cylinders
- Asbestos and anything that may contain it
- Anything else the transfer station will not take, so ask and we will check

Can we go through the house before anything is taken?
Yes, and you should. Nothing goes on the truck until you have said it can. If you want to walk each room with us first, that is normal on this kind of job.
Do you have to clear the whole house at once?
No. Plenty of these run a room at a time over more than one visit. Tell us how you want to do it when you call.
What if we find something valuable after we have booked?
Pull it out and keep it. Say so when we arrive and we work around it. The price is based on the load we end up taking.
Can you do this if the family is out of state?
Yes, as long as somebody can arrange access. Describe the property over the phone and we will tell you what we need to know before the day.
