Yard Cleanup & Brush Removal

Yard Cleanup & Brush Removal in Kingman & Mohave County, AZ

Cut branches, brush, old boards, and the pile that has been at the back of the lot since the last time somebody did the trimming. We load it and haul it out. Yard waste goes into the green waste bay at the transfer station rather than into general refuse, because it gets sorted separately there.

What's Included

  • Cut branches, brush and trimmings loaded and hauled
  • Old fence boards, scrap lumber and broken pallets
  • Yard debris, dead plants and cleared undergrowth
  • Broken patio furniture, planters and yard clutter
  • Yard waste separated into the green waste bay

Common Situations

You have cut it, you just need it gone

The trimming is the part people can do themselves. Getting a lot of brush into a vehicle and to the transfer station is the part they cannot.

Defensible space and fire clearance

Cleared brush has to actually leave the property to count. A pile at the back of the lot is still fuel.

A lot that has grown over

Vacant or unattended lots collect brush, dumped lumber and windblown junk. We clear it back.

Old fencing and yard lumber

Weathered fence boards, broken planters and rotten decking, on the same load as the yard waste.

Our Process

  1. Tell us roughly how big the pile is and where on the property it sits
  2. We price it as a truck bed or a truck and trailer
  3. We load it, so you do not need to bag or bundle it first
  4. Yard waste goes to the green waste bay, the rest to the transfer station
  5. You pay the price we quoted

Yard Cleanup & Brush Removal Pricing

Brush is the one thing that fools everybody on price. It takes up far more room than it weighs, so a pile that looks like a truck bed at $250 often turns out to need the trailer as well at $500. Tell us roughly how big the pile is and whether it is already cut, and we will tell you which it is before we come out.

ServicePrice
Full truck bed$250
Full truck bed and trailer$500

Anything smaller than a full truck bed is quoted. Call and describe what you have. Heavy material like broken concrete fills the bed on weight before it fills it on space, so tell us what it is and we will be straight with you about how many loads it is.

Typical Timeline

Most brush piles are one load. Brush takes up far more room than it weighs, so a pile that looks like a truck bed can turn out to need the trailer too. We would rather tell you that when we price it than surprise you on the day.

Where It Goes

Yard waste goes into the green waste bay at the transfer station, kept separate from general refuse. Lumber, fencing and non-green material go with the general load.

FAQ: Yard Cleanup & Brush Removal

Do I need to bag or bundle the brush first?

No. Loose is fine. We load it as it lies.

What does brush removal cost?

The same two prices as everything else. $250 for a full truck bed, $500 for the truck bed and the trailer. Brush is bulky for its weight, so a big pile often needs the trailer.

Do you cut the trees down as well?

No. We haul what is already cut. If the trimming still needs doing, get that done first and then call us for the pile.

Can you take soil or rock?

Not in bulk. Soil and rock are far heavier than they look and are handled differently at the transfer station.

Where does the yard waste go?

Into the green waste bay at the transfer station, which is kept separate from general refuse. It does not go into the same pile as household junk.
