Garage Cleanout Service in Kingman & Mohave County, AZ
A garage fills up because it is the only place with room, and then it stops being a place you can park. We clear the whole thing: the boxes along the back wall, the broken furniture, the lumber scraps, the things that were going to get fixed. What comes out goes straight on the truck, and you get the floor back.

What's Included
- The whole garage cleared, not just the easy front half
- Shelving units and workbenches taken out if you want them gone
- Broken furniture, old appliances and stored household goods
- Lumber scraps, old fence boards and building leftovers
- The floor swept out when we are done
Common Situations
You want to park in it again
The single most common reason people call. Two cars of space that has been storage for years.
Building leftovers that never left
Scrap lumber, broken tile, half bags of mortar and the debris from a job that finished a long time ago. We take all of it.
Clearing a garage before selling or letting
An empty, swept garage shows the space. A full one hides it.
Somebody else filled it
An inherited property, or a rental where the last tenant left the garage packed. You do not have to sort it first.
Our Process
- Tell us roughly how full it is: half of it, all of it, or packed to the door
- We price it as a truck bed or a truck and trailer and tell you before we come
- Anything you want kept, point it out and we work around it
- We clear it, load it and sweep the floor
- It goes to the transfer station, with yard waste separated out
Garage Cleanouts Pricing
A single garage is usually one truck bed at $250. A double, or one packed to the door with building leftovers, runs to the truck and the trailer at $500. What decides it is how full the garage is, not its floor area, so the useful thing to tell us on the phone is whether you can still walk through it.
| Service | Price |
|---|---|
| Full truck bed | $250 |
| Full truck bed and trailer | $500 |
Anything smaller than a full truck bed is quoted. Call and describe what you have. Heavy material like broken concrete fills the bed on weight before it fills it on space, so tell us what it is and we will be straight with you about how many loads it is.

Typical Timeline
A normal single garage is one load and one visit. A garage packed floor to ceiling, or a double garage with a lot of heavy building debris, can run to a second trip. We will say so when we price it, not after we have started.
Where It Goes
The load goes to the transfer station. Yard waste is separated into the green waste bay. Scrap metal comes off where it is worth doing.

FAQ: Garage Cleanouts
Do I need to sort the garage before you come?
No. Sorting first is the part most people never get round to, which is usually why the garage is still full. Point out anything you want kept and we will work around it.
What does a garage cleanout cost?
A full truck bed is $250 and the truck bed and trailer together is $500. Most single garages come in at one of those two numbers. Tell us how full it is and we will tell you which.
Can you take the shelving out too?
Yes, if you want it gone. Say so when you call so we bring the right tools to break it down.
Will you sweep the floor afterwards?
Yes. We sweep the floor out when the garage is clear.
Can you take broken concrete and brick from an old project?
Yes. Rubble is heavy, so tell us roughly how much there is when you call. It fills a truck bed faster than furniture does.
